Director of Client Services
Amy joined Stafford Financial Consulting Group in September 2016 after 11 years with University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation (UWMF), now UW Health. As the Provider Services Manager with UWMF, Amy managed the benefit program for over 2,000 physicians at UW Health, and was the main point of contact for physician benefits-related questions. In addition to the benefit administration role, she also conducted the onboarding and benefits orientation for all new physicians, totaling well over 100 meetings per year. Amy also acted as the open enrollment expert for UWMF, where she created the marketing plan, forms and benefit packets, and conducted special open enrollment informational meetings to educate both UWMF employees and physicians about their benefits.
Prior to UWMF, Amy spent seven years at Civic Systems, LLC where she managed, coordinated, and conducted the data conversion of both new and existing clients from their current accounting and/or payroll software platform or manual system to Civic Systems’ proprietary software program. Amy’s excellent technical skills and attention to detail created smooth transitions for her clients.
Amy’s exceptional communication skills, her ability to grow strong relationships with both internal and external customers, and her technical expertise make her a valuable addition to Stafford Financial Consulting Group.
