Benefits Administration Manager
Kyle joined Stafford Financial Consulting Group in May 2017 after five years with University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation (UWMF), now UW Health. As a Benefit Analyst with UWMF, Kyle managed the benefit programs for over 2,500 UW Health employees and was the main point of contact for all employee benefit questions. In addition to the benefit administration role, some of his core responsibilities included designing, marketing, conducting, and implementing New Employee Orientation and Open Enrollment.
Prior to his Benefit Analyst roll, Kyle was a Benefit Specialist at UWMF where he excelled in benefit administration including new hire paperwork, family status changes, job changes, and COBRA. He also managed UWMF’s People Soft system for all of their employees. Kyle’s excellent technical skills and attention to detail created smooth transitions for his clients.
Kyle’s exceptional customer service and willingness to learn and constantly improve processes make him a valuable addition to Stafford Financial Consulting Group.
